St Mark Health Commission will offer CPR/AED training on Saturday, Aug 20, 2022. More than 350,000 Americans suffer cardiac arrest annually. Immediate resuscitation can double or triple a person’s chance of survival. In the U.S., someone dies of cardiovascular disease every 36 seconds and of a stroke every three minutes. You can be a lifesaver by learning CPR and how to use the Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
The class will be held in the Fellowship Hall from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. Our favorite instructor Rob Pryce will teach the class. Please be aware there is limited seating. You may sign up on the patio after church on Sunday, August 7 & 14, call Ann Scott your Parish Nurse (714-323-5046), or email the church office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
